Jose Abrahams Pacas was first discovered by El Salvador, which is a natural mutation of the varietal called the bourbon. His farm is one of the highest farms in the area, reaching an altitude ranging between 1400-1700 masl. Jose pays a higher wage for his employees that harvest his coffee, to ensure that only the ripe cherries get picked from his trees. Pacas flavor notes of watermelon, hint of cantaloupe and is earthy. This lot has a nice medium acidity, medium body and a very smooth finish.
